All products are shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners.

We operate under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) / DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

  • We do not collect VAT, import duties, or customs fees at checkout

  • The customer acts as the importer of record

  • noblivo is not responsible for customs clearance

  • Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • These fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities.

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms.

 

 

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs.

 

 

7. Products & Availability

We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary

  • Minor differences do not qualify as defects
