Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Must be in original packaging

• Return must be approved by our support team first

Return Address (VERY IMPORTANT)

All returns must be shipped to our international warehouse in China.

• Returns sent to italy or any other country will NOT be accepted

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (around 20-30$)

Refunds

Once received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Costs

• Shipping fees

• Import duties and customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• Provide photo evidence

• We will offer a replacement or refund

Order Cancellation
